You have the choice between four comfortable holiday apartments in a quiet location close to nature. You can get the keys for this from us at Weingut Kriechel, at Walporzheimer Straße 83-85.
From here you can reach many attractive destinations by foot: the red wine trail (“Rotweinwanderweg”), the “Römervilla” with its well-preserved remains of a roman mansion, the “Regierungsbunker” (former government bunker) documentation center, the Calvarienberg monastery and the beautiful historic old town of Ahrweiler, which is surrounded by a completely preserved city wall — to name just a few possible locations.
The Ahr cycle path is ideal for cycling and leads you through a magical landscape to romantic wine-growing villages. During a hike, you can enjoy good wines and appetizing dishes in our “Weinhaus Kriechel” tavern in the neighboring town of Marienthal .
